How can I put a banner ad on your CyberDisty website?
You can either send us the banner designed by your comapaony that meets our size specifications, or request that we design a banner ad on your behalf. Please e-mail "kelly@cyberdisty.com" for more information.
How can I upload or download the stock list?
You can use the inventory upload/ inventory download menu on the web site. In the case of upload, you can either enter the list on-line directly or upload the file.
Can I sell my excess & discontinued parts through CyberDisty?
Sure. CyberDisty supplies "sales agency service" using our vast member DB. For more information, please send an e-mail to "icesseol@cyberdisty.com".

Is Cyberdisty.com a pay website?
No, We are free. If you register as our member, you can use all various benefits and useful services that we provide.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Please send your personal information (name, company name, phone number, e-mail address) to webmaster@cyberdisty.com, we will send your password to your e-mail after checking your ID & password.
Where can I change my personal information?
You can change your member information on ¡°My page¡± after log-in.
But your ID is unchangeable.

About RFQ/order
Are RFQs only available on-line?
No, you can also send us your RFQs by phone, fax or e-mail. But you will get a more accurate and faster reply if you send your RFQ on-line, after logging-in and checking the stock using ¡°part search¡± on our website.
Does the use of – or / when I type the part number make affect the search results?
No. Ideographs (ex. -,/) do not affect the search. But any space between the part number letters can alter your search results.
Can I check the RFQ and order process only through your on-line system?
No. In addition checking your RFQ & order process status and business history through the ¡°purchase status¡± on our web site, you can also check it by phone or fax.
How long does it take to get a reply after an RFQ has been made?
¡°Quotation within 24 hours¡± is our official policy on all RFQs. But prompt replies within 1~2 hours is also possible regarding the stocks of our business partners in Asia. We will kindly reply to all RFQs in the fewest hours possible to maximize the speed and convenience of our service.
Can I purchase small quantities?
Yes. But the minimum order quotations (MOQs) apply to certain items. We will notify you of this when we send you the quotation.
Can I purchase a part which is not in your stock list?
Of course you can. Send us the RFQ with the maker, part number and quantity you want, and we will quote you after checking it out ourselves.
I¡¯m not a registered member, can I purchase parts too?
Unregistered guests also can use ¡°part search¡± on our website. But on-line RFQ & Order services are only available for our registered members. RFQs by phone or fax are available to non-members.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a refund or exchange in the case that the parts ordered are defective or you received the wrong parts which differs from what you ordered. Please contact our sales staffs who you purchased from. All the refunds and exchanges should be requested within 30 days that you received the parts.
How can I request Inquiry and place order in this website?
Should Log-in first, go to Part search menu and search the part you want to inquire and put that item in cart, finally send RFQ.Upon our Quote, you can see ¡®¡¯Order¡¯¡¯ and ¡®¡¯Re-RFQ¡¯¡¯ button. Should click the button you want to do accordingly.You can check your Inquiry, Quote and Order status in Purchase History of My Page.

About payment/delivery
What about delivery services –cost and time?
We use a local logistics service, which usually takes 1 day after we release the parts from our warehouse. You can pick up the parts yourself or we can take the part to you if you¡¯re located near our warehouse. The logistics cost depends on the items being delivered.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
We always send the bill numbers to our customers by e-mails when we send the parts through the logistics service. Then you can check it with the bill number immediately.
What are the payment conditions?
Payment in advance is our policy regarding first-time orders, but some adjustments can be made if the size of the order warrants so.
Flexible payment terms are arranged for continuous business partners.
What kind of payment methods are there?
You can pay by cash, credit cards or on-line remittance.
